TorqMaster International is highly committed to the privacy of its visitors and customers. We strive to ensure a safe and secure on-line environment. The purpose of this privacy policy is to inform our visitors about information we may gather from you during your visit to our site, how we may use that information, whether we disclose that information, and the choices you have regarding our use of the information. Please understand that this policy applies only to our site and not to organizations and sites to which we link. We have clearly marked our site and pages with our logo wherever this policy applies.

Information about all our visitors

Our web hosting service automatically gathers generic usage information like numbers and frequency of visitors to our pages. These figures simply inform us how much visitors use different parts of our site. We do use a technology nicknamed "cookies" in the store shopping cart and members login area only. This is a process which lets us store simple text information (such as a random session user number) on your computer which identifies you as an authorized user for any particular session, and allows the system to maintain your log-in as you click from page to page. For example, the "cookie" text may establish you as visitor #45 for your visit today, and is thus able to associate items in your shopping cart as belonging to user #45 as you click from page to page on the site. The "cookie" text may be deleted on your system anytime, as we DO NOT track usage information of any nature from session to session. In addition, we DO NOT provide visitor or member information to any other companies, mailing lists, or parties. Period.

Information about you

We ask you for specific contact information when you join our members section, place an on-line order in our E-Store, or use our contact form to email us. We will request certain information such as name, company, telephone number, e-mail address, billing address, and/or credit card number in order to provide that service to you. We may also use that information to notify you via e-mail of activities or offers on the site. You may remove yourself from our mailing list at anytime by logging in to the members section and selecting your preferences.

Disclosure

First, we DO NOT track individual visits to our site in any way. Second, we DO NOT disclose information about any orders or inquiries to from our site, or any other information you may provide, such as e-mail address, name, etc., to any outside parties.
